I love happy endings and Refunk Your Junk is full of happy endings for old, unloved furniture. This smart green initiative takes donations of household items and then they are transformed by craftspeople and artists into glamorous objects of desire. Their view is that second hand shops are not always inspiring places to find furniture and that even if you do find something it may need a revamp and not everyone has a time, space r inclination to do that. So they collect goodsfree of charge and give it to the designers to do their magic. Then faster than you can say hey presto, that old dull chair is turned from frump to fabulous. Now, that is what I call a very happy ending. SM
